Since our products are handcrafted and made in small batches, processing time may vary depending on order volume, product availability, and other operational factors.

2. Delivery Areas

We currently aim to deliver Palmsncrumbs products to serviceable locations across India.

Delivery availability may depend on the PIN code and the serviceability of our logistics partners.

If a particular PIN code is not serviceable, we may be unable to complete the delivery to that location.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed during the checkout process before the order is placed.

Free shipping is available on eligible orders above ₹999, subject to applicable terms and serviceability.

Promotional offers or special campaigns may have different shipping conditions.

4. Delivery Time

Delivery timelines depend on the destination and logistics partner.

Estimated delivery times displayed on the website or communicated to the customer are indicative and may be affected by:

• Courier delays

• Weather conditions

• Public holidays

• Festivals

• Transportation disruptions

• Remote or difficult-to-service locations

• Incorrect or incomplete address information

• Unforeseen operational circumstances

Therefore, Palmsncrumbs does not guarantee delivery on a specific date unless specifically confirmed in writing.

5. Order Tracking

Where tracking information is available, customers may receive tracking details after the order has been dispatched.

Customers should use the tracking information provided to monitor the shipment.

If tracking information has not been updated for an extended period, please contact our support team.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partner may make reasonable attempts to deliver the order to the address provided during checkout.

If the customer is unavailable, provides an incorrect address, or otherwise prevents successful delivery, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the shipment to the sender.

Additional delivery charges may apply in certain circumstances.

7. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including the correct PIN code and contact number.

Palmsncrumbs will not be responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your delivery address after placing an order, contact us immediately at info@palmsncrumbs.com.

We will try to update the address before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been shipped.

8. Damaged Packages

If your package appears damaged, tampered with, or compromised at the time of delivery, please take photographs/videos of the package before opening it, where possible.

If the product inside is damaged or otherwise affected, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Please provide your order number and photographs/videos of the package and product.

We will review the matter and determine the appropriate resolution.

9. Missing or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect product or an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

We may request photographs, order details, and other information to verify the issue.

After verification, we may arrange a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

10. Undelivered or Returned Shipments

If a shipment is returned to us because of an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or customer unavailability, we may contact the customer regarding the next steps.

Any additional shipping or re-delivery charges may be payable by the customer where the failed delivery was not caused by Palmsncrumbs.

11. Delays

While we work with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays can sometimes occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

Such delays do not automatically qualify an order for cancellation or refund.

However, if an order is materially delayed, customers may contact our support team so that we can investigate the shipment status.
